How It Works
Having your photos brought back to life has never been easier. In just 5 simple steps your precious memories can get a well deserved makeover in just a few days. We are a completely online service so wherever you are in the world, you can have your photos restored. Simply attach your photos to the contact form below and we will get back to you in no time with a quote that beats our competitors guaranteed. Also be sure to make a saving by having more than one photo restored at the same time.

1. Scan your photos using a scanner. (please check below for recommended resolution settings.)
2. Attach your photos to the contact form below. Please add any instructions or notes of what kind of restoration/editing you would like. (make a saving by having more than one photo restored)
3. We will then check your photo, evaluate the work that needs to be done and get back to you with a quote. Please remember to check your SPAM
folder if you haven’t heard anything back within 24 hours.
4. Once a price is agreed, we will get to work on your photos and send watermarked copies for your approval. Typically, most jobs are completed within 48 hours. But in some circumstances it can take up to

5. If you are happy with the results you will be presented with two options in which to pay. A secure payment link powered by SQUARE accepting Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit and debit cards. Or you can pay through our PayPal account, paypal.me/fixmypic . Once payment has been received we will send your restored and repaired image back to you.
Career Opportunities
Most home scanners will have resolution settings up to 600 dip. We recommend for Images 1 to 7 inches long, set the scanner to 600 dip(dots per inch), and all photos above 7 inches set the scanner to 300 dpi.

No Scanner? NO PROBLEM
We do recommend the use of a scanner to send your picture in to us. But if you do not have one, or access to one. Dont worry, we still may be able to help. Amazing results can still be acheived with todays modern cameras. Please feel free to take a snap of your photo using a decent digital camera or modern smart phone. If possible, in the camera settings, set to the highest picture quality/resolution. We ask that you follow these steps.
